If you are not satisfied with the patches for any reason, they can be returned within 30 days. The FAQ (https://www.otbpatch.com/faq) may help with other product related questions you may have.

* Start the return process within 30 days of receiving the item
* Send an email to info@otbpatch.com with a brief description of  the issue.
* We will send a Return Authorization number (RA#) and the address to send the unused patches to. Write the RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping envelope.
* Return postage is non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, etc.).
* We will then refund payment to the same method used during purchase.
